Using my hands for healing, placing them with the intent of creating balance, wholeness and supporting your own healing process is my calling in life.  Since 1984 I have worked with farmers, seniors, dancers, musicians, athletes, pregnancy, people with chronic pain and injury, abuse survivors, people with chronic and terminal illness, folks looking for greater self awareness and sense of purpose, and many who desire a sense of well being.   Continuing education, including Reflexology, Craniosacral Therapy, certification as a Polarity Practitioner (1996) and Qigong & Taijiquan Instructor enhances each session.   I gained a Masters in Library Science (1978, Florida State University) and worked as a reference librarian as my first career.   Living in North Central Washington on wild land (1984-89) formed my relationship to the natural world.   Years of hands on practice, study and life experience have evolved into the integrated, specific, intuitive and detailed bodywork I practice, for the best in healthy living.
